The CWCDAA will providing all conference materials digitally prior to the conference via the internet for registered attendees - materials will be posted on the Agenda page as they become available. We also understand that some people still prefer to have the traditional conference "binder." To this end, we will be offering printed materials for $50. If you purchase printed materials, we will have them printed and ready when you check-in. All orders for printed conference materials must be received and paid no later than the cut-off date for the Regular Pricing. We will not have the ability to print materials after this date or on-site.
